Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers who do not report on time will be termed as “Not Report” passenger and not entitled for any refund of the ticket amount. Canara Pinto Travels reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or owing to any misconduct of behavior/critically ill/stretcher borne which may not be deemed safe for travel by Canara Pinto Travels.
Canara Pinto Travels reserves the right to off - load passengers who are travelling on incorrect tickets, disturbing the co-passengers & also drunken passengers, without refund.
Canara Pinto Travels is not responsible for the delays caused en route due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic jams etc.
Modification / Cancellation / Refunds:
Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least one day prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch/agency counter.
Within 4 hours from main station departure time there is no Pre/Postpone and Open ticket.
In case of Open, Pre/Postpone, a cash coupon of full amount (Which is not refundable) having validity of 90 days will be sent on customers e-mail id. You can use this cash coupon anytime within those 90 days to do any further bookings. Difference Amount will not be refunded, in case of Pre/ Post/ Open ticket cases.
No cancellation is allowed for pre/postponed or open ticket.
Cancellation of tickets purchased through Web should be done through Web only. In Case of E – Ticket Cancellation the cancellation refund will be provided as a cash coupon with an expiry time of one year. You can use this cash coupon anytime with in that one year to do any further bookings.
While cancelling the E - Ticket passenger’s requested select either “Cash coupon” (A coupon code will be sent to their E - Mail id) or “Cash Credit” (Refund amount credited back to their respective Credit/Debit Card or Net banking account)
Cash coupon may be redeemed as a refund to their respective Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking account within 30 days of the refund request (Applicable only coupons generated against cancelled tickets under normal cancellation policy). The amount will be credited in their account with in 8 to 10 working days after the refund initiation. Passengers are requested to send their coupon details to E – Mail id’s provided in website (email@example.com) for refund of cash coupon.
Cancellation of Service:
Canara Pinto Travels may cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances Canara Pinto Travels shall either reschedule the journey for travel on the next Canara Pinto Travels service in the same sector, Subject to availability of seat without any extra charge based on the passenger's conveyance or enable a full refund of the ticket as paid by the passenger and shall be under no further liability to the passenger. The passenger will be required to collect the refund from the point of purchase.
In Case of Service Cancellation, Customers are requested not to cancel the tickets on their own. If any customer cancels the ticket, it will be treated as normal cancellation and refund will processed as per the Terms.
The coaches and the passengers are covered by insurance. In the event of accidents and consequential injury, loss of life and any other damages, such contingencies are covered by the insurance.
Canara Pinto Travels undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is made. In case failure of Air Condition unit Canara Pinto Travels will refund the amount on a prorata basis

Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods etc and any other articles that are prohibited under law. Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 15 Kgs, Excess baggage will be charged as per the Canara Pinto Travels rules. Canara Pinto Travels shall not take responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the passenger luggage. Canara Pinto Travels reserves the right to disallow any excess baggage carried by the passengers.
Management is not responsible for your luggage s/baggage belongings inside the bus/office.
Any personal luggage or belongings should be taken care of by the passengers themselves or any disputed value should be within Rs.1000/-. Passengers should not carry articles worth more than Rs.1000/-. Any luggage or parcel worth more than Rs.1000/- at parties risk only.
Canara Pinto Travels does not allow any pets on board its service.
Any Sort Of Disputes Will be subject to the Jurisdiction of Courts In MUMBAI.
